I used the wool to make some slippers for my dad - and my mum like the soft and cozy texture of the wool she wanted some too!

this yarn is my all time fav to knit with. it’s so beautifully soft and snuggly and every time i use it it brings me pure joy. i have knitted with all sorts of yarns but prefer merino and this is just as soft as baby merino or cashmere merino blends that i used to exclusively use. this doesn’t make me itch the way some wool does. this blue colour is true to its photos. i used this to finish a scraps cardigan i made using the everyday cardigan pattern from JMC also.

i used the everyday cardigan as the basis for creating this mash up colour cardigan. i wanted to use up my left overs and wanted to try in reverse sticking stitch to show the colour contrasts. i modified it slightly and added a rib front edge to stop it rolling inward. love working with this yarn so much!

This is the best way to learn to knit! The videos are really clear and easy to follow, love Marnie’s friendly style of teaching. I knitted a beanie for my son, I enjoyed it so much that I used the leftover yarn to make a matching beanie for my other son. I’m onto my next project now!

this is a gorgeous knit. i did it and redid it three times in the end to get the size i was happy with, but it’s such a quick knit up and the yarn is so lovely to work with, it was delightful to knit each time!
