i used the everyday cardigan as the basis for creating this mash up colour cardigan. i wanted to use up my left overs and wanted to try in reverse sticking stitch to show the colour contrasts. i modified it slightly and added a rib front edge to stop it rolling inward. love working with this yarn so much!

I found these easy to use , they have a really good grip which makes it easy not to drop stitches

I’m a complete newbie at knitting, initially looking at the pattern it was feeling overwhelming but once I started watching alongside the playlist, it’s a breeze and I’ve been absolutely loving it! I’ve definitely unleashed a new hobby and will be back for more! My little girl loves her new vest!

This is the best way to learn to knit! The videos are really clear and easy to follow, love Marnie’s friendly style of teaching. I knitted a beanie for my son, I enjoyed it so much that I used the leftover yarn to make a matching beanie for my other son. I’m onto my next project now!

this is a gorgeous knit. i did it and redid it three times in the end to get the size i was happy with, but it’s such a quick knit up and the yarn is so lovely to work with, it was delightful to knit each time!

Great quality starter kit. Tutorials and book were concise and easeful. Learnt a great deal ( including patience with myself). My fist knitted project and I'm hooked.

This was my first attempt at knitting and I’m glad to get a lovely warm cardi from it, even though it has a few flaws in it!

I bought this pattern and after starting I decided I’d like some texture. I contacted the team and they kindly sent me the pocket rocket pattern as I had requested, without hesitation right away. This is my second project from the JMC and I can’t rate them highly enough! Both patterns are super easy to follow. I did adjust the sleeves to a shorter length which was easy to do, and the yarn is beautiful with no knots or joins in the balls.

Absolutely brilliant beginners knitting pattern. My 11 year old wanted to try knitting and she managed to smash this beanie out all by herself in 3 afternoons. She now has the knitting bug and wants to attempt the cardigan. Also big shout out to Marnie who was only a message away when she got stuck on something.
