I’m brand new to knitting and have absolutely loved knitting this vest! I’ve ordered more kits now, am totally hooked!
The videos are fantastic, I watched and re-watched lots at first. I unravelled my errors quite a few times too as it started out looking a bit messy, but once I got the hang of it I was away laughing and comfortably knitting while watching TV.
My kids have enjoyed watching me knit and seeing the joy it’s bringing me, and love handling the yarn. My son has a sensory aversion to wool and doesn’t wear jumpers etc, but loves the feel of this merino and said he wants a vest too! That’s a massive win.
I got impatient at the end with joining the seams and weaving in the ends, so those parts could be neater with practice, but I’m loving the vest and have already had compliments on it! (The ultimate satisfaction to reply, “thanks, I made it myself!”).

I absolutely loved making this cardi, as a total newbie I loved the easy to watch videos and instruction book. The thick chunky yarn made it easy to see my knits or purls. This cardi is so super warm, perfect for southland weather. I made a size 10/12 and added extra lengths on arms and body.

Highly recommend im left handed can now knit right handed thanks to this & have an awesome beanie to gift before i start my own

My first forray into knitting after years of crochet. The instructions and videos made it so clear, yarn was a delight to work with and it was such a joy to make and now wear. Wore it to school today and had some children pat me and say it was so soft!

Started the Check Me Out Vest in this cloud nine colour which is super dreamy!

Such a beautiful golden colour and super soft.

Don't let the title of seconds wool fool you. The yarn is beautiful and lush and I was able to make a gorgeous baby blanket with the amount I ordered (1kg). A purchase I'm so happy with!

This was so much fun to knit. The yarn is dreamy and beautiful to work with, the pattern and video tutorials are easy to follow and it knits up SO QUICK!
I love the customisable options for adding length if preferred.
It's a stunning jumper design and I'm forever getting compliments, especially when they hear I knit it myself!
And the Pinot Noir is the most scrumptious colour!

Super speedy kit to make up. I confess I may have noticed a *very small* error in the pattern which was a bit frustrating at the time but easy to figure it out and go back and fix it - and probably wouldn't have made a big impact on final outcome anyway even if I hadn't changed it! Love the fun colour options. Videos were fantastic and loved that a lot of them were specific to this kit - e.g. doing the v-neck. Looking forward to colder weather to get some wear out of this!

Great beginner beanie! I havent knitted for over 30 years but i picked it up really quickly and loved it. Its definately not perfect, but its made with love and i get to tell people i made it myself.
The videos were amazing guides and easy to follow!

Love love my knit kit, for a first time knitter I had a blast finally giving knitting a go & not just attempting it, smashing out a cardigan I can wear! & it’s super soft & snug! I will definitely be trying a few other kits!

This wool is insanely soft and lovely to knit with! Seems really strong too and works up super fast - what’s not to love!
